SHIPPED · BUILT AND RUN BY US
A human approves. Everything is recorded. One click stops it all.
The Oversight Layer is the governance control plane inside every system we ship. It is not a feature added at the end. It is the foundation: approval inbox, audit trail, and kill switch, running in production inside our own companies from day one.
Fixed-fee diagnostic. Written scope before any build begins.

How the Oversight Layer works.
Facts only. This runs in production inside our own companies. Every system we ship includes it.
Approval inbox: every AI output waits for a human
Every AI-generated output goes into an approval inbox before it reaches any downstream system, client, or user. Nothing leaves until a human reviews and approves it. The inbox is the gate. There is no path around it.
Audit trail: timestamped and exportable
Every action is recorded: what the AI produced, who reviewed it, what decision was made, and when. The trail is timestamped, attributed to a named user, and exportable. If a regulator, client, or internal team ever asks what happened, the answer is in the log.
Kill switch: one click pauses everything
If a regulation changes, a model behaves unexpectedly, or you simply want to review before re-enabling, the kill switch pauses all AI activity immediately. Your team continues manually while you investigate. You control when AI runs again.
Role-based access
Access to the approval inbox, the audit trail, and the kill switch is controlled by role. Reviewers see what they need to review. Managers see everything. No one has access beyond their scope by default.
Escalation rules for out-of-scope scenarios
When an AI output falls outside the configured scope of the system, the Oversight Layer escalates to a human rather than making a guess. Escalation rules are configured per system and per workflow. Out-of-scope goes to a person, not to a default action.
Running in production inside our own companies
The Oversight Layer is not a concept. It runs inside Atlas CRM, Agent Cockpit, the Creator Operations Portal, Ad Factory, Trend Scout, and Producer Path. Every system we ship to clients includes the same architecture.
The Oversight Layer runs inside every system on the Build Floor. See it in context:
