If it is a fit, the next step is the AI Opportunity Assessment, a paid engagement scoped to your business. It maps your workflows, surfaces the risks and the data and permissions involved, and delivers a written scope with a fixed implementation price, a document you keep whether or not you build. If the assessment does not uncover value worth the fee, we say so in writing.
No implementation is proposed or sold until the scope is agreed in writing. That's not a policy we offer, it's a constraint we build the engagement around.

The paid Assessment maps your current workflows, identifies where AI can safely take on the work, reviews the risks and data access involved, and builds the written scope. Pricing and timeline are confirmed in writing first. Typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of kickoff.

You receive the deliverable.
A written document: workflow map, AI opportunity analysis, risk and data-access summary, and a fixed-price implementation proposal. You keep it regardless of what you decide next.

You decide what happens next.
We walk through the findings together. If an implementation makes sense, you have a fixed price in writing. If it doesn't, you still have the map. No pressure, the deliverable stands on its own.
